Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I stayed at this hotel in August 2019. When I reported the bedbug I had seen in the room, the front desk said, "there are no bed bugs here" and refused to check and said I would need to speak with the manager when they arrived the next morning. They refused to refund me for the experience and said I was looking for a free night.

November 2019- Stayed at the holiday inn express london ohio as it was the only hotel with availability. Never again, next time I will dry an extra hour to dayton to avoid getting bed bugs in my luggage. Management was not helpful.

This incident occurred in December of 2019. I woke up to the bedbugs biting me all over arms stomach and neck. I tried killing them and tryed calling the front desk but the phone in the room did not work. Manager accused me of bringing the bed bugs into the hotel when I showed them to him.

Just stayed at this hotel 3/24. I noticed I was waking up with bumps on the first night. didnt really put it together that it was bedbugs until the second night when i woke up and one was on me. Hotel owner stated I had brought it in.
