Found 1 live bed bug in the bag of extra linens that was in the closet for the fold out couch. When we went to put linens on the bed we found a live bug. We checked the rest of the room and linens but only found the one.

I stayed there on February 4, 2021 and found a dead bedbug behind the bedside table. I didn't find any other evidence of them, but that just means there wasn't a bad infestation. I called down to the front desk, reported what I found, and asked if there have been any other reports. The lady at the front desk claimed there hadn't. I was moved to a new room. The next day I went downstairs to get plastic bags to bag all my stuff before leaving. The man at the front desk said there was no report of my call or bring moved to a different room and had no idea any of that had happened. He ended up refunding the stay. I looked at reviews for the hotel and there have been multiple reports of BBs over the years, so this was not an isolated incident.

I found a live bedbug crawling around in the bed, by my son, at 10:05 p.m. on April 24, 2017. We had just checked into the hotel and hadn't yet unpacked. I immediately got my son out of the bed, took a picture of the bedbug, gathered all our luggage and went downstairs to the front desk. I showed the picture to the front desk clerk. She did not act surprised, but instead printed out a "zeroed out" bill and sent us on our way. (Perhaps this is why the room adjacent to ours had the room number placard stripped off the door and was not in use?) I then had to go and find a room to rent in the middle of the night in downtown Montgomery with my child in tow. Not fun! I called Hilton's 800 number for customer service to complain and they were less than concerned about the bedbug situation. I was never even given an apology.
