My sister and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bellingham on Sept 12, 2015. The next morning I was laying in bed when I saw something run across my pillow. I caught it and put it in a zip lock bag. The hotel staff came up and confirmed it was a bed bug. They were very apologetic and didn\'t charge us for the room. The following day I noticed itchy/painful bites on my neck. In the following week, I\'ve noticed multiple other bites,especially on my arms and ankles, as has my sister. I\'m just hoping and praying that we did not bring any home with us. I posted and honest and accurate review on the hotel website, which they refuse to post. I am also not able to view the review I posted in my own accoubt. I have emailed and called IHG guest relations to find out why my review was rejected and still do not have a satisfactory explanation. I\'ve been told multiple times that someone will contact me within 48 hours. That has yet to happen. The reason this is so troubling to me is because I can\'t help but wonder if other people have tried to post bed bug incidents on their website and were blocked, which may have spared us this whole experience.
