Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We saw four bed bugs in the less than one hour we spent in there. Three on the bed and one on the wall. The new room I was offered also had evidence of bed bugs in the new room on the third floor. Trip advisor has several reports of bed bugs in this hotel!.

Entered Lobby the next morning. Spoke to my Buddy about bites I had on my neck. Representative at hotel had nothing to say. I left hotel and the bites got worse and more appeared all over my arms and neck and back. I called the hotel and shared that I got eat up by bed bugs. The guy shared with me that the people that stayed in the room before you had no problems. Sorry, we can't do do anything about it. I said OK, I called choice hotels to help me with it. I stay in a hotel room 300 days a year. #1 It makes me very upset when a hotel rep points the finger at me when they should step up and be held responsible for things like this after paying for a room that should be clean and safe!
