Myself and two other colleagues were staying for a work trip for 2 nights 4/26-4/27/17. My colleague slept on the pull out sofa the first night. On the second night when she pulled out the sofa she noticed a bed bug crawling on the white sheet. Upon further inspection we saw another bed bug and what appeared to be a very tiny one. We immediately called the front desk to report it and that we wanted to be transferred to another hotel. The front desk staff said she would make us a reservation at the Hilton downtown and let them know we were on the way. When we got to the new hotel they didn't know anything about our situation. When asked to speak to the manager, front desk staff said they couldn't call him because it was late and not sure if they would cover our new room (which they did after speaking to the manager the next morning) We thoroughly inspected our items and bodies and my colleague did not notice any bite marks. This occurred on Thursday night. On Saturday morning, she woke up with over 20 bites on her face, neck, and the v-neck shape of her chest area-the only area that was not covered while she sleeping. I spoke with the manager the next morning and he said he would call a company in. It has been a full week and my colleague still has welts and is itchy. Do not stay here, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
