My husband and I stayed sat the 29th until Thursday the 4th 2017. Every night we was there I got bit. I woke up one night I think it was Mon and found a adult bed bug and a baby bed bug. I threw them in the toilet. The next morning I went down and told the guy behind the counter I had found two and had been getting bit. He said since I did not take any pictures he could not move us to another room. He said he would have a exterminator come check the room out. Hubby and i left for the day visiting with family. I called back around 6 that evening to be told they found nothing. I continued getting bit tue and wed night until I woke up early Thursday morning around 2 am with about 4 more new bites and found a baby bed bug on bed. I immediately without even getting dressed or putting shoes on put it in a cup and took it downstairs to the guy at the counter. It took about 5 min for the guy to say I see something. Because it was a baby bed bug they are hard to see. He asked if I wanted to move to another room. I told him me n my husband was about to check out because our plane was leaving at 5 am. So he said OK let me know when u check out. So he took the cup n threw it in the trash. I said u may not want to just throw that in the trash, u may want to flush it. He didn't say anything. So I turned to leave and was so mad so I turned back to him and said, so what are u going to do about it. He said nothing. I said well the other guy said if I had proof he would have gave our money back and moved our room. He said well I'll talk to him. So after spending our money on a bed bug infested room and me getting ate up by them they did nothing. They will never see our face site again or have our business. Horrible stay! Don't stay in room 252!!!!
