We stayed in room #233 at Airport Hotel Inn and Suites (Economic Lodge) at 834 Smith Street in Elizabeth NJ. Woke up with welts and bite marks. Took pictures of the bugs etc. Went to report it to front desk and they would not refund our money. Told us we should've just left. So we called the local police department. A call to the health department will be next.

I stayed at the AIRPORT INN AND SUITES (FORMERLY ECONO LODGE) at 853 SPRING STREET ROUTE 1-9N in ELIZABETH NJ. Woke up around 4am with welts and red marks all over my body and legs. Went to report it and was told there was nothing that could be done. Followed up by calling the police who referred me to contact the HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR NEW JERSEY! My next step is to file a dispute to get a refund and go to small claims or municipal court if nothing gets resolved.
