My friend and I along with our children checked into Econo Lodge on March 24,2017 at 4:49 pm and paid for a hotel room for 2 nights. We checked out at 9:35 pm because we noticed a bed bug crawling on the night stand. We immediately took a picture of it and called to the front desk. The lady came to our room and was shown the bed bug. She asked if we would like to be moved to another room at their hotel. We said no and that we would like a refund. The lady refunded the amount paid but said that it would take 3-5 business days for it to be credited back to my bank account because a debit card was used. This was obviously an inconvenience but she said nothing else could be done.I don't plan on ever staying at this hotel again.
