I stayed at this location for 2 nights (Sept.15-16,2021). On the 2nd night I woke up to go to restroom and came back to bed to discover bedbugs on my pillow. When I turned pillow around there were several underneath the pillow. I called front desk. Someone was sent to verify by taking the bed apart sheet by sheet down to the boxspring all while using a flashlight. I was not immediately moved to another room. I watched in horror as I had taken pictures as well as captured a live bug and had it in ziplock bag. I was eventually moved to a different room on the same floor. I could not sleep and this took place at 1:30 AM. I itched and could not get image out of my head. I noticed a bite on my body. I checked out early that morning. The hotel verified they contacted a pest company and the report verified bed bug activity in room 1119. The manager contacted me to get my information and details. He assured me he would file a report and I would be contacted by someone within 48 hours. He asked me what they could do for me and I explained they could pay for the doctor visit and replace my luggage. He agreed my requests were reasonable given the confirmation of bedbugs. I continued to contact him as I never heard from anyone about my claim. The hotel is now ignoring my calls
