6/2/22 reported bed bug infestation bites on legs, arms, back, neck etc. All over entire body. Had a bed bug in a jar when reporting to office staff. Office did nothing. Booked room for 5 nights and only refunded future nights. Since still needing a place to stay was forced to check into another hotel. Days Inn showed zero concern and did nothing to protect its customers or its community from the spread of these bugs. I contacted Days Inn said there treatment was unacceptable. They did refund me the entire amount paid and said would take care of additional expenses. I had been demanding corporate info and owner none was provided. They did recently report to insurance company and now to claims office is treating the victim like a criminal forcing us to seek legal advise. We provided pictures of bites, Doctor Appointment and medication given. Unsure what other info they need. Claims adjuster even showed up at her home unannounced zero warning. I can't say anything else as still ongoing. But know there were others in office with complaints. Chris suffered a severe allergic reaction to the bites. I wouldn't stay here ever again. I suspect others in hotel were having issues even if they didn't report here.
