I was there and was laying in the bed and seen a bed bug crawling on top of the cover I went to tell the front desk they offered another room it had bed bugs in it so I learn if one room got bed bugs don't trust none of the rooms

Nov 21-22 2015 we stayed for our 23 anniversary. Room was dirty curtains dragged floor by a foot or more lights at head of bed did not work took 3 hours to heat the room to decent temp. Food &trash behind TV Stand dresser items left tin desk drawer black markings in desk drawer as well this is bed bug crap...little pests apparently came home with us and I've been fighting them for over a month. I am allergic to the bites now have medical bills as well as to talent anguish can't sleep more Than 2 hours if that, loss of furniture clothing beds etc...TJ Jabari says it's not Days Inns issue. I complained when we were there at check out. I've sent email to what I believe is the corporate office yet no reply. I have contacted the Toledo Health dept. And I will not stop til this is reaolved. I need help here. I need to exterminate the issue we brought home from a 1 night visit. Breakfast wasn't ready at even 8am worker had attitude about even making the oatmeal 2 hours after it should be ready.coffe was old no condiments no bagels no donuts nothing...even the juice was out. Pool closed at 10p and opened at 3p so we couldn't even use it.i need a bug killer fast I cannot take any more medications for this crud. Please help we r getting road blocked with every corner.
