I spent 2 nights and got bed bug bites. At first I thought they were bites from visiting Fort Campbell, but after looking online, these were definitely bed bug bites. We were visiting from Canada and this was not a pleasant experience!!!

Checked in around 6pm, was laying in bed getting ready to go to sleep....seen something small crawling on my partners shoulder. ........squished it, freaked out.....thought it was a spider....checked the sheets for more of what I thought was a spider......found another one still alive....it wasn\'t a spider!!!!!! Bed bugs!!!!!! Went to front desk and they moved us to another room......took all clothes and luggage to front dest, she let us throw them all in the dryer.....inspected new room....showered and took those clothes to dryer also...... the foreign manager says bugs bed bugs no big deal.......REALLY??????

3-16-2023 Management offered new room but no refund. Why would I stay when i know there are bedbugs?
