This was my 2nd choice in hotels. I actually called Drury Inn first but they were all booked up and recommended that I call Days INN. My main objective was to find a pet-friendly hotel. My experience happened from Oct 23, 2015-October 25, 2015. The first night we got there it was midnight between the 23rd and 24th. The room seemed clean and we had 2 beds. The first bed we put all of our luggage on and the other bed we slept on. First night nothing happened. The next morning, I went to take a shower but the bathtub was clogged and they also had a plastic bath mat in the tub. Also we found that our bed sheets were a little torn but we just ignored these two things. So the place seemed a little more dirty than previous thought. Then the 2nd night\'s stay....I had awoken in the middle of the night because I felt something crawling on my neck. Kind of a little flutter, I tried killing it because I thought maybe it was a mosquito but i didn\'t get anything. The next morning I awoke to find blood on my pillow. I thought at first that maybe my eye was bleeding or something on my face but I had no marks, so I thought I had slept on some other person\'s blood. Morbid thought, but it was enough for me to want to leave immediately. As we were packing our bags a roach then came up the bed and ran across. We checked out immediately. I didn\'t complain and I just wanted this behind me. Well on November 9, 2015 I was awoken by the same type of fluttering on my arm but this time I killed it. It was dark, so I got up went to the restroom to see what I had just killed. It looked like a giant pregnant flea and there was so much blood. My boyfriend looked at it and said that was a bed bug. We saved the \"body\" and called Terminix the next day. They confirmed that it was in fact a bed bug and that we needed to start treatment.

Checked in tonight at 10pm found 1 bed bug and residue on bed by the door. Notified front desk clerk who walked to the room and said it was just dirt. I picked up the bug with a tissue and handed it to her and she said oh no she don't like bugs. She refused to refund me and wanted to switch our room. I refused to switch rooms and she told me she'd have her manager contact me the next day. I have photos of the bug and mess.
