Arrived on 8/8/17 with my 3 kids. The next morning i found dead bedbugs under my 3 year old. I told the desk and they refused to switch my room or do anything about it. Later i went back to see if they fixed the problem. Only to see they made up the bed with the same dirty sheets for the next guest.
