Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

My husband and child and I stayed at this hotel on 3/13/17 and checked in around the early morning hours. I did pull up some of the bedding to check for bed bugs but did not see any. The next morning we were getting ready and I found not one, but two bed bugs (confirmed via Google images) on each of the pillows I had slept on. My husband reported it to the staff member and they stated "we've never had them before." This is directly contrary to online reviews from days prior in February. The staff member appeared dismissive and offered nothing to compensate us for the awful situation. They did give us a trash bag that we requested and that's it. Absolutely disgusting.
