The day we checked out I found an adult bedbug walking across a pillow we had been using. I found several bites on myself. I notified management and he came to see the bedbug for himself.

My friends boyfriend checked into room 223 on 11/6/16 at around 2:45 am. I felt itchy as soon as I sat on one of the beds. I looked around and did not see any bugs. About an hour later we went to bed. I woke up around 8 am out of a dead sleep being ate alive. I had bites all over my body. We actually saw bedbugs crawling on the pillows, blankets and our bodies. It was very degusting. We took a video of this manifestation, where you can see the actual bedbugs. We went to the registration where we checked in and was told that the manager was not there and would call us an hour later. We requested to be refunded and to show them the video. We received no call back and no refund. This has been the worst nightmare that never seems to end. Our car was infested along with are luggage and belongings. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LOVE BEDBUGS!

4/4/2021 I showed office manager a video of the bed bugs and he discounted our two nights at 50%. I then asked to speak with the owner or general manager, neither were in, and he said they wouldn’t reimburse us for anything because how do they know we didn’t bring them in. I’ve never had bed bugs in my life and now I have bites all over me. We just purchased new bedding because I was getting itchy and now I have to wash all of our belongings and hope we don’t bring them home with us.
