Checked in at midnight. No sooner do we start to fall asleep we feel things crawling on us... BED BUGS! HUNDREDS!!! All sizes! The sheets and pillows were peppered with them! Checked out 2 hours later. Hotel REFUSED a refund! After much arguing they finally refunded HALF!!

I made the poor decision of trying to save a little money by staying in this hellish dump. I arrived early in the evening on June 20th 2015. I can't believe that I paid anything for the hell I have endured since sleeping in room 209. Exhausted from a long week of travel, I fell asleep shortly after arriving. The next day I noticed a few small bumps on my forehead but assumed that it was stress and heat related. Oh no, definitely not stress or heat. By Monday morning the number of bedbug bites escalated to over a 100 on my face, neck, arms, shoulders, chest, and hands. Never, never, never, stay at the Gainesville Days Inn. It should be shut down, torn down, burnt, and the ashes sealed until the Day of Judgment or the day Hell freezes over. I am on my third day of incessant itching and it only seems to get worse by the minute. Thank you Days Inn, you have made an insecure paranoid man out of me.

Room had a weird smell and carpets and walls were filthy. Glanced at the sheets and they looked clean but strange odor. Woke up with fresh blood spots all over the white sheets and pillow cases that wasnt there before i layed down. I had a plane to catch so i grabbed my stuff and checked out. After arriving home later that day i was starting to itch. I took a shower and started noticing bumps all over my neck arms back and legs. Looked on Internet to learn these bed bug bites and the blood on the sheets that morning was caused by them feeding on me. 100s of bed bug bites all over my body by Monday morning. DO NOT STAY HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT I WISH I SLEPT IN MY RENTAL CAR INSTEAD OF THAT HOTEL.

Only hotel available in area that night. Checked in late room was dirty and smelled. Woke up to the sheets covered in blood drops from bed bugs. 100s of bites all over body. Had a severe allergic reaction and had to go to the urgent care twice since checking out last week. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
