My fiancé and I have gone to this hotel 2 other times with no issue, but in our valentines weekend getaway we had uninvited guest join us in the bed. My fiancé was bitten several times on his arm, legs and ear & I was bitten on my leg. The hotel staff was very unapologetic over the issue and refused to refund our money. Our evening was ruined! STAY AWAY from this place.

I rented two room, 218 and 219. At first I didn't see anything on the bed, until about 2 in the morning when my niece said she was bitten, didn't think anything about it and went back to sleep at 6:30 my friend that was sleeping in the other bed woke up saying she was bitten. that's when I jumped up and seen bedbugs in bunches. I went to the other room to wake my sister up and to check her bed and yes , there were bed bugs, I myself got bit 23 times and my niece got bit 9 time but hers got infected, we went down stairs to talk to management and explain the issues , he refunded my money and we where gone. leaving in such a rush, I ended up leaving a suit case out side. realizing it 7 hours later, I return back to get it. and the minute I walk in they tell me that there are not vacancy, I inform them as to why I was there, and they informe me that the people that were in the room at the moment did not turn it anything, ( which lets you know that they rented out the rooms again even after the issues ). I got my suit case and reported them to the health department. Health department said they went by there and they were unable to enter the room cause it was taken but management ensure them that there was no evidence of bed bugs, But they did have the room strayed. I will never go back to this place. neither should you!!!!!!!!!!!!
