Awoke at 12:30 AM to find a Bed Bug crawling on my leg. After turning on the light was able to see a bunch more on every pillow. Four pillows on the bed and all had between 3 to 6 bed bugs on them. Notified front desk and moved to a different room. General Mgr was to call me and never did even after I called back and requested a call again.

Booked a one bedroom suite close to a venue for an evening Christmas party on Tuesday, December 20th 2022. Check in was uneventful. The room was not very clean but I had sanitizing wipes and touched up the worst areas. Due to previous experience elsewhere long ago, we did a cursory check of beds before going out for a bite to eat, then came back to change for the party. While getting ready for sleep , I noticed something that looked like a small bug "skeleton" on the corner one of the beds. The very snug fitting (undersized) sheets made it difficult to check further so I checked the other bed and noticed some debris in one corner of the bedskirt at the head of the bed. When I pulled on the fabric, a bedbug (yes, I know what they look like) scurried out and went under the mattress! We packed up our stuff quickly to leave. My husband informed the night clerk why we were leaving and he had no reaction whatsoever! No apology, no explanation, no offer to refund (we didn't ask for that) It makes me think this happens often and management really doesn't care. We live only 1.5 hours from Alpharetta, so we decided to just go home even though we were exhausted.
