I have tried multiple times to call to file a complaint and have just been put on hold for 25 + minutes just to be hung up on. I stayed at the Quality Suites in Morristown for 1 night checking out on 06/10/2021. After spending the night and keeping my personal things in the room for 24 hours I found a live bed bug crawling across the bed. When I took the bug in a cup to the manager, he was not concerned or apologetic and still charged me $87.95 for the night I stayed in a room FULL OF BED BUGS. I am covered in over 100 bites on my face, chest, shoulders, arm, finger, torso legs and feet. I did a deep dive of the reviews for this hotel and MULTIPLE people have commented warning about bed bugs, but they are being buried under fake 5 star reviews. I asked for my receipt to be emailed to me and they purposefully didn't because usually Choice Hotels will send a follow up email asking about my stay. I have extremely sensitive skin allergies and I have had such an extreme reaction to the bed bugs I have had to visit my dermatologist and am on multiple oral and cream prescriptions to try and get this under control. I had to spend hours of my time and money deep cleaning everything I own and paying to go to the doctor and prescriptions. Oh, and by the way. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because Choice Hotels was running a special where if you had two hotel stays within a certain time period you would get $50. This experience has not been worth it and I will never stay at a Choice hotel ever again.
