3-23-17 at 3AM I woke up because I was scratching uncontrollably in my sleep, when I woke up I found bed bugs on my bed and pillow. My boyfriend and I took pictures and recorded the bedbugs moving on the bed and also noticed black dots on the blankets which we were later told is bedbug excrement. We went to the front desk staff and she was not helpful, she was acting as though this is normal and not a big deal...I disagree. Due to the fact that it was 3am we were left with no choice but to switch rooms and check out of the hotel that same afternoon. We had to fight and argue to get our money back, we only got 3 out of 5 nights refunded since we were told we used the room regardless of whether there were bedbugs or not. Ridiculous! I will NEVER stay here again.

9.16.20 - Wife always checks beds before we settle in the room. Found live bed bug (she knows what they look like) on top of sheet on one bed, and residue of dead bed bugs under the mattress of both beds. Housekeeping should have caught this. Clerk nervously transferred us to second room; when we entered, a live cockroach ran across the wall, and a second one was live in the bathroom sink. Second room had no bed bugs, and it was late at night (although we reserved this room a month earlier), so we suffered through it. We've stayed here before, but obvious they are overlooking maintenance, cleanliness. Mgr refunded one night's lodging (we stayed 3 nights), but that doesn't negate the danger of taking bed bugs home (expensive, time consuming) or getting bit.
