Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

There were 2 stays. 2 nights August 11 & 12, 2023 (room 223). 1 night August 20, 2023 (room 205). Bug bites started during my first stay at the hotel. Having never experienced bedbug bites before, I initially thought they were mosquito or spider bites. I did not make the connection. Bites felt different and did not heal. Crazy itchy and very uncomfortable. I left the hotel for a week but stayed in the area on other business. No fresh bites. I returned to the hotel on August 20 as I already had reservations. Still not making the connection to bedbug bites. Woke up the morning of August 21 with NEW fresh bites. Finally made the connection after researching and making a few calls. Took pictures and immediately checked out of the hotel and left. Reported it but Manager has STILL not returned my calls nor acknowledged the issue. The hotel also charged me for an additional 2 nights after I checked out. I have pictures and they are gross. I can provide pictures as needed. AVOID this hotel. They have a serious bedbug issue.
